This Privacy Policy applies to the Atmosphera website and related public subdomains and to Atmosphera Cafe locations operated by KDS Restaurants LLC. It explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you browse restaurant details, build a cart, place a pickup order, contact us, or submit a review.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Pickup orders: your name, phone number, selected restaurant, order items, item comments, and optional order notes.
- Guest reviews: the display name, rating, and review text you submit.
- Communications: information you include when you call, email, or otherwise contact a restaurant.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, diagnostic events, and security signals. We use this information to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the Service. We do not ask the public website for precise device location.
Our first-party analytics records the page route without query parameters, the referring site's hostname, browser locale, broad device class, and performance measurements such as loading speed and layout stability. It does not store a raw IP address, a full referring URL, or information entered into forms.
How we use information
We use information as reasonably necessary to:
- create, confirm, prepare, communicate about, and complete pickup orders;
- contact you when a restaurant needs to clarify an order or respond to a request;
- review, moderate, and - when approved - publish guest feedback;
- operate, secure, debug, and improve the website and restaurant services;
- prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements; and
- complete a business transaction such as a merger or sale, subject to applicable safeguards.
We do not sell personal information or use the public website for interest-based advertising.
Browser storage and cookies
The public website uses browser storage needed for ordering. A location-specific cart may be saved in local storage; it contains selected items, customizations, and optional per-item comments, but not checkout contact fields.
We do not set advertising or public-site analytics cookies. For first-party traffic measurement, the browser stores one random analytics identifier in local storage only after you accept optional features. The server converts it into a different one-way hash each day, retains only the hash, and cannot use the stored record to follow a visitor across days. Analytics events are kept for up to 365 days. Browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded, even after optional features are accepted. Essential cookies may be introduced where strictly needed for security or a feature you request. The separately hosted management portal uses an authentication cookie for authorized staff; it is not used to track public visitors.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including restaurant operations, accounting, food-safety records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. Retention periods vary by record type. Reviews may remain published until removed or no longer relevant.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Service providers may process information in the United States or other places where they operate. When a transfer is legally regulated, we use safeguards required by applicable law.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. You may also clear local and session storage through your browser. Clearing storage can remove a cart or prevent recovery of an interrupted order.

Children, policy changes, and contact
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information without appropriate adult involvement. Contact us if you believe a child provided information improperly.
